Disaster relief policy

Customers can enjoy the benefit of a refund or receiving a new product if the original product gets lost or damaged on its freight (for orders below 5 Kg). we cover any natural disaster losses, lost for war and losses for radioactive exposures. For larger purchases, these will be covered by marine insurance special clauses upon client’s request.

Regular return policy

1. Change of mind is not acceptable.
2. If the shipped items found to be defective the items should be returned to our address within a period of 30 days from the billing date.
