Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

We have set a NO MOQ policy to serve everyone (complying with our own mission “a healthy life for everyone”). We serve household users, retailers, hotels, wholesalers and supermarket chains according to their required quantities.

Item/unit quantity prices will reduce considerably, higher the order quantity gets. As shipping costs, certification costs, marketing and administrative costs apply for all orders. Furthermore, we provide our customers a free quote for their inquiries with a clear rate breakdown.

Samples

We deliver our clients samples upon their request. We charge a standard shipping cost of $25 to prevent fake deals. However, this amount will be refunded through the commercial invoice or if our sample doesn’t meet our customer’s standards and we arrange video and photo samples through E-Mail, WhatsApp, viber etc. (for free of charge).

Order process time

Process time depends on the order quantity and the packaging requirements. Normally it will take 5-15 days for large orders. We will update our customer throughout the processing and shipping process.

Packaging/Private labelling

ROVES provide complete packaging solutions under our brand name or our client’s brand name.

For private labelling we guarantee to protect our client’s brand image and enhance their brand name for new markets. We customize packaging for our clients with their preferred packing materials and in their preferred languages.

Shipping policy

We export perishable food as air freight and other food and beverages through sea freight. We air freight non-perishables if client request the items to be delivered in a short span of time.

Payment terms

We prepare the order once we receive an advance payment of 40-60% (mutually agreed) under the proforma invoice. And the balance payment should be availed through a Line of credit (LC) facility.
